I wasnt sure where to post this query but this seemed to be the most appropriate for what I wanted. I was planning on scanlating getbackes when I get away from studies, I've just read the rule about not posting a release chapter by chapter unless there are accompanying bittorrent links. Just wondering, if I used HTTP links chapter by chapter would that be ok?

Also, I know there can't be any download links put up for licenced series, but since Tokyopop lost their Kodansha licences, is Getbackers technically unlicenced? and if so, how many of the volumes if anyone knows?

What that rule means is that if you release 4 chapters at once, that counts as one release entry, not four (unless there are individual download links for them). However, this exception doesn't even apply to you as GetBackers is a licensed series. If it was licensed once, we still consider it licensed now (just to be on the safe side)
