I would add also Trinity Blood -it's maybe not so funny (well, if you know just a litte bit of european history and culture, you will laugh till you drop dead) but worth to give it a try.
Hellsing is sometimes funny...but only sometimes.

You could try BLOOD HOUND although it does get dark..no darker, however than VK... You could also try Demon Seiten, although that manga involves demons and not vampires, it has the basic vampire premise.

Those images are awesome. Each one is accurate and funny as hell. But to view them one after another is even funnier. It is a total commentary on the generic nature of Shounen, and I think it's one of the funniest set of images I have ever seen. I wish to make these images my Desktop!

Sequence might be the kind of thing you're looking for - I mean, there's a vampire, and it's really funny, and... well, it's good.

Chikyuu Kanri-nin isn't about vampires, although it has one as a supporting character (who ends up appearing a lot, though; there isn't a big cast of characters)... he's a gay vampire, so there really isn't anything but comedy there. Another great manga.

umm the only Vampire manga i know of && actually read was Vampire Knight
its pretty good,give it a try ^_^ but its not really meant for comedy more like shoujo 😀

Darren Shan/Cirque du Freak is a good one. Probably the only vampire series I've ever liked. Currently enjoying the book and manga. The movie looked terrible though.
