Looking for a yaoi manga. Involves fighting/delinquent characters.

The main scene I remember is one member of the couple (can’t remember if it’s the seme or the uke) ends up cornered/lured in by his rivals and is saved by his bf. (Think the sort of classic scene where the character is surrounded in an abandoned building and the doors burst open and there’s the be ready to save the day). The one who was lured/surrounded didn’t know his bf could fight, but the leader of the rivals knew who the bf was. I think the bf might’ve been older, but not a huge age gap. I think the one who was lured was in high school. I know this fits the bill of a number of yaoi mangas, so any help is appreciated.

Also, may or may not include a side character who thinks he’s tough shit who carries a lead pipe around. I could be combining two mangas in my head, so I’m not 100% sure this side character is in this manga.

After several hours of going through mangas on my reading list I managed to find this and answer my own question.
