I think there's definately a difference from being "alone" and being "lonely". I'm hardly ever alone, and when I am I revel in it, and so I am not lonely. I am only lonely when I am catering an event by myself and things aren't going well or I need extra hand, or someone to calm me down (or both). That still might be more alone though.... I have been lonely before, and it is not pleasant, so I try to avoid it. It's easier than it sounds, really.

I could care less about loneliness. Sometimes, it really gets to me, but 99% of the time it doesn't bother me.

I absolutely must have time to myself everyday or I go insane. I can't deal with any person 24/7, not even my best friend of 11 years. I generally don't mind being alone, I would rather be alone than in company I don't like. I do like hanging out with my friends though and miss my pets when they're not around so I guess I'm generally indifferent to it with a periodic need to be with others.

The pen is mightier than the sword...and considerably easier to write with.

I lost my old roommate and I'm so fucking lonely I could kill right now.

I do enjoy talking to my family as well...just not that often. I don't have friends, but that is of my own accord and not because I'm a social recluse due to some specific reason(s).

I don't really care. When I'm working or reading or listening to music or playing offline game, I prefer to be alone. Other times, it's fun to have people around.

and sometimes it depends on my mood, there is time where u want to be alone... 😮

It's completly wonderful, there is nothing more peaceful or as comfortable as being all alone without anyone around.

I like company, but my lack of social skills only frustrates me, so I like being alone. But I get lonely now and then. I guess that leads to me enjoying feeding birds and such. Animals are nice~
