Kinda anti-climatic, for a fight that's been building since the time skip, well hopefully it will pick in the next chapter.

First off, I disagree. It was a really good beginning. Instead of following the old format, the heroes are losing in the beginning, then get the upper hand, then losing again, then get the upper hands, this is more exciting.

The stats that Natsu and others get from the wizard magazine were based on how they were before the time skipped (even before the S-class Exam). So I am not surprise how well they perform, I was afraid that the author went to the route as last time with Lucy. I am also well aware, Natsu hasn't even used his trump card yet so at best these 4 are about the same level with the Metal dragon slayer the weakest (I thought but was proven wrong).

The white and black dragon slayers underestimated their opponents and prideful of their skills that why they get their asses kick so early on. But I bet, if the fight does indeed ended next chapter, it wouldn't be an easy fight for any of those 4.

I am so thankful, this ain't an Aizen sort of fight.

.< that was so epic....and what, it's not done? meh..gotta wait for 295 then....

so, the saber guys went SSJ4..can't wait to see some new skills.

Totally agree with this guy, i has nothing to add.

I was expecting the usual format and possible the fight being interrupted before a winner is declared (I sill think it might happen). I expected Natsu and Gajeel to lose this fight but win the 'war' with the end of the arc (maybe Sting and Lector get beat by the villains of this arc but Natsu and Gajeel win)

Watching Natsu and Gajeel kind of man handle Sting and Lector like Laxus did Raven Tail was something new and every time Sting or Lector powered up and attacked I was starting to expect Natsu and Gajeel to blow it off like it was nothing and each time it happened it was great.

As has already been stated it is a complete reverse of the usual Shounen formula and Fairy Tail for a fight.

can't wait for the next one.

i think we all wanted to see sting and lector get their asses handed to them so i cant complain about one sided fight so far!
