Two swedish sites seem to have 'Ginga Nagareboshi Gin' available for reading:
GingaWorld.net seem to have Volumes 1-3 available for download in .rar format. Much of the site is in Swedish, but it looks like the translations are in English.
Also, GingaSite.net has Volumes 1-3 available for online viewing in Flash(?) - .swf files extension.
