Hello ^^ im new to this site! Anyway I was hoping I could get help looking for a new manga to read! earlier today I listened to a song with an animation that interested. In the song, a girl would hang out with her childhood friend and would realize her feelings for him. During the course of the song, the male friend is in love with another girl and his friend is saddened by this but fully supports him anyway. In addition, I would have preferred if the two have ended up together but I guess romance doesn’t work like that a lot of the time...

Anyway, a manga with that exact plot sounds like way too much to ask for, so I would like the manga to definitely have:
-unrequited love
-The guy(or girl) who is the crush should only think of the other person as a friend or maybe acquaintances

• I would like if the two end up liking each other in the end but if not, that’s okay. I would at least want everyone to be somewhat happy.

I would like this to be in it but it’s not a must have:
-i prefer if it’s the girl who has a crush on a guy but I don’t mind either way
-I would also like the ‘crush’ to have feelings for someone else at first and maybe develop feelings for the main girl later on
-the girl to confess to the guy and get rejected
-somewhat likeable personalities
-good art
-it’s completed or it’s actively being updated
-good drama

I don’t really want:
-Yaoi or Yuri(they sometimes happen to be a bit too smutty for my tastes ^^; but if you know a manga that fits most of my expectations but it’s yaoi/yuri, it’ll be fine!)
-Bad translations and scanners (sometimes ruin the mood for me...)
-Sad endings (They leave me upset ^^ but I will accept if the story before it is really good)
-I really don’t want the main focus of it to be focused on comedy

What I have read that is somewhat similar to what I want:
-Datte Suki Non Damon[m], although I didn’t really like the male lead.
-Midnight Secretary, this was kind of smutty and I also didn’t really like the male lead at first
-Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji,the unrequited love only lasted a few chapters though. I would prefer if it lasted for a majority of the story or at least a quarter of it.
-Mousou Shoujo Otakukei[m], this time it’s the guy who has unrequited feelings for the girl. Although I enjoyed reading it, it seemed to revolve more around comedy rather than drama and romance.
