Hmm... I remember it was about a male teacher and his class of middle school students. Somehow, something happened to his arm(?) and he became (I think) part-demon or something? And then he uses his new powers to protect his students from supernatural forces.
I think I saw it as a ad in very very old issue of Shounen Jump a long time ago...
