Who is your favourite manga-ka and why? plot? art? characters?

My personal favourites are Mashima Hiro (rave, Fairy tail) I like the story, each characters individuality and just the general art.

My other favourite is Sano Takashi (iketeru futari, iketeru police and many more). Once again I like the art style but mostly because of the comedy of the manga he does.
