Well honestly I can't much about it, all I can remember is that it was a yaoi, also that it was about a guy (the uke) is left in charge of three boys, the uke and the seme (who happend to be the oldest of the boys the uke is in charge of) fall in love with each other, but that's all I can remember. I've tried looking for it in many ways but man I've had no luck, I did find a chibi version of the couple and the the siblings of the older brother in the same pic. Here is the link...
