I was reading some manga a bit ago, but lost the page and forgot the title of it. It was one of those ones that involve monsters appearing in the real world (I think it was Korean like a lot of those but I'm not quite sure). Anyway, after the monsters appear, some people are selected to be awakened into special abilities to fight them, and transported to some tutorial special space and told to awaken an ability they have to successfully land an attack on some monster there (land an attack, not defeat it, as the monster is intended to be unbeatable), and when the monster kills them, they will be immediately revived over and over until they succeed, which shouldn't take too terribly many deaths, though time in this tutorial place passes 300 times as fast. Anyway, for the MC this tutorial glitches out and doesn't end when he should have cleared it, and spends 1000 years in there dying over and over before he finally kills the monster and forcibly breaks out, at which point 3 years have passed outside and he's the strongest guy in the world. He goes looking for his mom, who's the only person he can still remember caring about, but she ends up being killed by a monster right in front of him. He then gets recruited to work for the government to clear out the monster areas so they don't have to rely on the private groups of awakened people who are largely greedy jerks and criminally violent, and are letting a lot of people be killed by monster outbreaks that they aren't prioritizing eliminating quickly in order to negotiate more money and privileges from the government. Then some high level monster dropped some special item called a "dawn stone", which among other things, if he gets more of them it seems he can get to the source of all these monsters, but some group of bad awakened people uses one to call forth some super powerful monster as a part of a plot to eliminate him and force the government to give them back their contract.
