I have objectdock, thats why the screen is clean. And I don't save stuff on the desktop 'coz it makes the loading time at the start longer if I'm not mistaken. Hmm... might use it after seeing all the clean desktops people have. I've seen something like it on poeple's macs but never knew it was also for windows.
