Hey its been bothering me for a bit.

Sometime ago I read a manga or judging from the art it was a korean manhwa.I remember some bits of it.

It started off with the heroine flying for her sisters weading with some ruler or a prince of a foreign country.When she gets there she pushes her yet to be nephew(the son of the ruler) who came to get her into the water.Another bit is when the young prince goes shopping with her the girls jealous about him cut her hair.
