Something like prostitution or raped as a child. (mostly fitting for uke)

But if you find a seme fitted my description, then tell me.

Uke can not be girly. Again, something similar to acid town. (though, I wouldn't see why there would be a girl uke with a past like that), but if you do, tell.

Oh, if the seme has a horrible past...can he lash out his anger on the uke? If you find any.

try Koukyuu no Arika, the uke was sexually abused by his father, and New York New York, involves both rape and prostitution

Sakura Gari (http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=9966) It's a beautiful (and quite dark) work and still one of my favorites. Dark pasts for both Seme and Uke becomes a rather dark present (lashing out? check.).

I absolutely second Sakura Gari, there is a real plot and the art is beautiful. You'll love it or hate it, I loved it.

I also suggest Cut. There is some serious trauma in here.

And maybe Yellow, though the plot does not focus on the character's dark past as it seems you'd like it to.

I wholeheartedly second Cut and you could also try Dog Style and Double Mints.

Well, I am not tired to recomend I Shall Never Return. It is so good.
It is hard to find on-line all five volumes, though. I had to buy them on Amazon, before I managed to download them. Read it, you will not regret it, sure.
Oh, I forgot to mention: NEVER watch the anime, it is awful !
