This one hasn't been mentioned as far as I see (sorry if I am mistaken). There's no real ecchi, and the art is drop dead gorgeous, though it's actiony, so the gender problem is not always in the focus.
Edit: Er, damn, I guess not - the MC remains male, but he has to fill in the role of a female (he even starts to doubt his own gender). Sorry, I'd delete the answer, if I remembered how.

I would suggest Kashimashi - Girl Meets Girl. It is a pure Gender Bender( No body swap I mean) and
it has pure GL(not subtext) . But it is pretty nice

First, disregard above reply to this. I have no idea where he/she got that impression but as someone who recently read all chapters scanlated so far I can tell you that it is certainly not correct.
There is a decent amount of ecchi in Boku Girl but it is not the focus. The title is mostly focused on comedy and romance and as far as these two elements are concerned it is really good. One thing I liked in particular is that the characters' relationships develop at a reasonable pace.
