What level do you think the translators should be? :c I'd be interested on doing this, but I'm really unsure if my Japanese level is good enough.

Hello!
Well I normally have a Japanese proofreader I trust look over the translation a new recruit do. After her opinion I normally make a final decision.
I mean I'm no good in japanese as well, but I think if you can read kanjis and have no problem in pass the message to english I think it's a okay for a start.
Also if you would like I can always give you works where there is furigana to make the work easier, specially for new recruits who aren't familiar.
If you want you can always give a try in any project you want. (As for work with furigana are 27-ji ni Koi o Sasayaite, Extrastous, Wagamama Dakedo Itoshikute (not sure)).

I've been studying for like 6 years and I do lyrics translations regularly, but I think manga is harder for me since they use much more casual gramatics, lots of slangs and stuff... But if it's not a bother for you guys, of course I'd like to give it a try!
Anyway, if you don't think my translation is good enough you can say so, I won't get offended haha :3

We're a new group, but we have years of experience. We have cleaners and typesetters, but no japanese translators. Our "future" japanese translators are in 2nd of japanese and they don't dare to translate yet.

But as the beggining is hard, at this moment we're looking for joints, to stablish contacts. Meanwhile, we'll try to find translators or wait until we can do it by ourselves. ^^ 😁 😁
