I can't exactly remember it all since i read it a while ago but i think its about highschool girls (or maybe just one?) and they go to a different world but they still have their phones, and they end up being able to still post to social media

Hmm, I personally don't know of a manga quite like this, but it sounds a lot like livinthefuture on Instagram. It's about a girl who just graduated high school who stumbles into a portal to the future, the Year 3000. It's a crazy supernatural world with monsters and stuff. She still has her phone and can post to Instagram. The gimmick is the real life Instagram account is supposed to be her Instagram account in the story, and readers can comment and talk to the main character as a form of audience participation. Sadly it went on indefinite hiatus a couple years ago, but it was great. I don't know what the author is up to now.
