Please remove the picture of Toko Kawai from her artist page. That is the photo I took of her at yaoi con, I specifically asked for Toko Kawai's permission to only post it on her live journal community and she asked that it only be up for 48 hours which expired 10/23/06.

She specifically did NOT want the image shared on the net and in public places - she is very reclusive this is the only public apperance she has ever made, she's never appeared in Japan.

I did not authorize Bake updates to use my photo in any way and I'd appreciate it if your site would respect Toko Kawai's wishes to not have her image in any public or private websites.

While I do understand that Baka might not have known of Kawai-sensei's desire to remain private, I do wish to convey my desire for her wishes to remain respected and remove the photo ASAP.

It should never have been shared, and the Kawai fan from LJ that did this, should have known better, as it was quite clear in the post that the photo was in that she did not want it going all over the place.
