From what I remember a boy raised by a female android( he does not know that shes a machine). He meets a women flying on some thing. They fight. Woman warns they boy and the android that they will lauch a rocket or something to kill all machines in their area. Female android dies because of this. Turns out world is overrun by rogue androids that kill all humans except him( I think they call him zero or something). After he somehow finds a big human base He meets some soviet style female commander.

The setting is kinda futuristic and stuff
