Looking for a manga where the ML don't have much magic power, but the enchantment he puts on lasts a lot longer than for others.

Ex. Someone needs a mana buff, usually it lasts just a couple of minutes. But his can last for days.

The other thing that I remember was that he got tired of all the work he got (like 24/7), but almost no thanks. So he desides that from now on he will only do what he wants.
