Umm... I think it's Jeong Young Hui. I'm not that sure, but from looking and comparing the characters, it looks like that's the name. And from what I checked, this author isn't on the site.

Hwang Mi Ri is a pretty good bet, especially considering the site is HMR Scans.

nope its not HWANG Mi Ri's work
that reason y i uploaded vol.2 is so u can see the authors name on the cover of it
it art is alot like Hwang Mi Ri's work
and oh btw HMR Scans is my group site 😀 and i want to make sure the title is correct "Schoolgirls" or "Girl" which i had added this title under Hwang mi ri but now i know its not her work but just that it looks like her art.
that why i want to add the author's name so it can be corrected.
@ juls91 - its not Miunohri to Swan cuz this and that manhwa have different korean names. 🙄

When using google to translate that page it confirmed that it's Jeon Young Hui.

I'm Korean, that's definitely Jun (Jeon) Young Hui. reid1's link is also correct, it's some sort of list of his works. The title of the manhwa shown in the OP's link btw, is something Student. Think it's College Student but I could be wrong, my Korean is pretty bad.
