I have desperately been looking for this one, but to no avail! T^T

From what I remember it's about a young girl and her family moving to a new town. She lives with her father and younger brother. First day of school she already dislikes her next door neighbor who also happens to be her classmate. (I think his name was Kippei or something like that.)
Erm...I know they make other friends and they have adventures finding ghosts/supernatural stuff...I only saw the dubbed version, and it kinda has a crack/parody feel...O.O

-One scene involved a toilet...ghost toilet.
-Another scene involved the next door neighbor peeping at the girl through his window.
-Younger brother is a crybaby.

The dub was supposed to be a parody, because evidently the Japanese script was terrible, and they hated it. So yea...However, the dub is absolutely hilarious.
