I've been searching for this manga, its a one shot that talks about a chiropractor (very popular with old people)who meets an american swimmer that he takes a liking to. He tricks him into doing acupuncture on his penis and lots of weird stuff (coz he's a perv). In the end, the doctor confesses and they both go to America together. (the doctor ends up being popular in america too 😛 ).
