looking for this title from manga a read a while ago.

the uke and seme been going out for some time. one day seme goes away on family vacation, when he returns the seme avoids the uke. uke then catches him in the bathroom with a scar. it turns out seme had gotten sick and needed to have an operation and was shaved down there and was to embaressed.
