So, for those who don't know about the hero's journey, the master of two worlds stage is traditionally when the hero comes back home, finds trouble, and settles it mostly by being OP.

Since manga has a habit of making all resolutions be three chapters long, I won't hold my breath that this gets followed in a traditional sense. Instead, I'll take any instance of the hero ending up in a new place and solving problems by being over powered.

Hagure Yuusha no Kichiku Bigaku would be the best example. Another would be Id (although I stopped reading it years ago).

I'll second Kill No More and No Game No Life. I'd recommend reading the novels though. They're much further along.

Also, Noblesse, Magi, and Drifters fit. The last one isn't frequently updated though.

I've been meaning to get into drifters eventually.

As for the others, I had been reading magi but dropped it and I had read a good chunk of noblesse but it didn't really hook me. I wouldn't say magi really fits though. There are characters that are overpowered, but only the side characters exert their own authority.

The trope is as much about being powerful as it is about being being above the conflict and having worldly wisdom.
