Kinda tough to pick the cutest out of more than 30 but well... Chachamaru entertained me quite a lot I mean all that "dirty" side of wanting to be wound up by Negi to the point of fantasizing about it is just priceless xD Also added for her cuteness that she actually get troubled by these feelings.

Totally unrelated side note but I just have to take it out of my head since I've put this series on Hold for more than 2 years and just got it back yesterday to finish reading it today:

About Negi's crush... Asuna said both were the same kind and she was surprised when Negi told her so it got me thinking why not Takane? I mean they are the same kind since they were both mages seeking to be magister magi and also using shadow/dark type magic and could explain why none of his students were explicitly said to have been romantically involved with him. I actually loved the fact that he didn't end up loving Asuna because it would be a waste and too predictable if I had to choose one to end up with him I'd probably pick one of the immortals either Eva or Chachamaru because having to live forever (as it was thought he would) and losing your loved one would be quite harsh BUT if not for this then probably Ayaka because although having that shotacon because of her little brother she actually was one of the few that actually held feelings for Negi since the beginning and never hid it to the point of being actually aggressive about it sometimes like her pactio... It was just priceless lol even Negi almost(?) got a card.

Serious revelation: I actually though TILL THE END that Fate would turn out to be female since there is a panel from when Fate was being... created? And he is naked and I swore I saw bewbs volume there and also when he's already at Mahora and he suddenly say to the girls that to stand by Negi's side one would have to be equal to him and that Negi already belonged to him and the girls also thought he was their strongest rival in love while right after saying this he just took off together with Negi chatting casually. I was just waiting for the moment he'd go "Well... I never said I was a man, I just wear this clothes because I like it..." and suddenly blushing while indirectly confessing to Negi man that would be insane previous rival leader of an evil organization responsible for many of Negi's misfortunes suddenly turn out to be a girl and actually end up liking him I'd lmao so hard...
