i was thinking, now that you have to be a registered user to vote, how about we filter out all those 'annonymous' votes from before? since a lot of those tend to be one-sided and can't really be trusted too much.

under normal circumstances that would be great, but the anonymous votes make up a majority of our database right now. it's better to have some comments/thoughts rather than none.
