I am desperate and for the life of me can not remember the name and thus can not find this manga. Pretty sure it’s omegaverse, main couple is alpha/omega (low key might be arranged marriage?) but these guys are rich so they also have like butlers and their butlers get all romantic too but I think the butlers are alpha/beta. One or both of these couples met when they were kids. I think one time omega cutie had hella bad heat and so one of the butlers shoved him in a closet or something like that and then the butlers pounded one out lmao.
