Hello! This is my first time posting anything on Baka-Updates so please forgive me for minor mistakes.
I am looking for a story from a manga that I've read years ago and don't remember the name of.

I don't remember anymore if the story was just one chapter in the manga or if it was the whole manga but if I remember correctly, it was a story about two guys who are dating each other and they really want to be together without being bothered by people who want to separate them because they're the same gender and one day, it's New Year and they go together to a temple to make a wish, and I think one of them wishes for the two of them to be able to do that (be together peacefully). But because of that, one of them turns into a girl and they assume it's the wish (wanting to be together peacefully) being granted but in a weird way that they didn't want to happen or were expecting to happen.

If you know of a series similar to the one I'm describing here (trying very hard with my memory), please lend me a hand!
