Its a yaoi about two step brothers, one on which as a scar on his back and over his left eye. i want to start off by saying this belongs in the yaoi/yuri section of the forum- although an admin probably will soon enough

anyway- on performing a reverse google image search (you take the image and drag it into google images search bar) i have found that the manga is probably Anata o Aishiteyamazu by matsu takeshi
