Are you asking if any one outside of Japan watches anime and reads manga? 😕 Because if that's what you're asking, then the answer is basically that several different people around the world do. Like the person above me said, after Japan comes China and Korea, and then all other countries afterwards. Sorry if that's not what you mean, but I don't really know how else to interpret your question. 🙁 I hope my answer makes sense.
