True, finally everything is being resolved, but it still misses something for it to be special. The characters themselves aren't really epic or anything, and same can be said for the story. We can't fully emphatize with most of the characters since they get way too little screentime.
With other words, I read this manga purely for the art. If it had bad art, I wouldn't touch it.
Yeah.. Well, you can't expect every manga being a masterpiece 🤣
But I guess reading about cute silly girls can be nice to, sometimes 🤨
Hrodulf and Bjornolfr, you will not be forgotten.

I just finished Ichigo 100% and I really like HL. I like that there is no constant plot. I don't think the manga would function that well with such a massive cast and one story. For romance stuff, I never really care too much about the plot. If I do care, its only because so many interesting situations arise from it. I think HL is like an experiment in maximizing situations. With no concrete plot (to me the book is almost like a slice of life with a massive cast) the writer can introduce a large amount of characters, actually flesh out almost all of them and give them story arcs as necessary. Plus everyone has all of these cool little inter-relationships that make everything interesting.
I heard that its going to be canceled pretty soon though. Thats a shame because I was hoping it'd go at least until the high school kids graduated. I really love Ichigo but I think HL had more potential for me to like it.

Well seems like Jpanaese fans want more than just beautiful artwork and you can't buy them as cheaply as us.
Hatsukoi is unpopular in Japan. And even though the artwork is great as usual the characters are nothing special at all the story is very abrupt and worst of all quite a few characters are so similar that you simply forget who is who most of the time.
Mangaka really blew herself off with this manga of hers. Well hopefully it will teach her something and she will release some better manga in the future as this one is cancelled due to very little interest.
She can draw very well, yet what her stories lack are strong characters and solid storyline with a good ending. (not a rushed one like Ichigo 100, even though the manga itself dragged way too long the end was bad and too fast-paced).

at first i was real confused in the first chapters becuz i didn't no who whose at all, but later on i get it and now i really like it! i hear the series is ending soon, but most of the love triangles and relationships still aren't that clear to me yet..... and honestly, i still like Ichigo 100, maybe becuz the plot really developed unlike Hatsukoi Limited, it kind of jumbled up with a whole bunch of characters... well this is just based on my opinion

another harem.
its not really a harem...
harem is bunch of girls in love after one guy
hatsukoi limited is more like 10 million different relationships, resulting in a love nonagon or something like that

Too many damn girls! Sigh another harem 😢 .......
But Wait! What's this?! 😲 The girl Harima likes likes someone else!?
Daan, Daan, Daaaan.
No, but really I can never get sick of harems, no matter how many I read. I really like School Rumble though, except for the fact that Tenma is a stupid B!T@H. And some really bad plot twists....
Like when that one unimportant girl is having an affair behind that unimportant guy's back. I was like Nooooooo!

I actually like how mizuki uses the sad endings and the old and really used "keep on froward" cliché on her characters

I disagree with it being bashed for being "plotless." Thats like bashing a documentary because it doesn't have a plot. Or like bashing a slice-of-life because there isn't a well defined plot.
HL isn't the type of book where there is one plot and every romantic even someone aligns itself perfectly to where the plot is. Its a romance and a slice-of-life, two genres that don't need plots and often suffer when people try to rigidly align everything to some concrete storyline rather than just focusing on the interactions between the characters.

i like this manga, but it was way to short! she should developed it more~ and she should make it more heart stabbing on the storyline just like ichigo 100%.
the total opposite of ichigo 100%,
ichigo has a heart stabbing and frustrating long story with a rushed ending.
HL has a short and light story with a good developed ending.
although the story not as good as ichigo100%, but HL was ended so beatifully 😀

it's not plotless but unfortunately, it pale in comparison to school rumble because i haven't seen any comedy that's worth laughing or did it concentrate on one main hero(Harima) but this one is just telling stories about everyone in this little group and not to mention, the only character i like Mamoru have a shitty ending

the real funny thing is that ending didn't feel rushed sure it was like "wait why did it end this manga deserves 150 more chapters" and come on people the manga only had 30 chapters this manga was a sit com and from what i know sit com's need some time to build up which unfortunately she didnt get.
im starting to think that the real reason that HL failed is because of all the people who hate how she ended Ichigo 100%

or how she want to try out new storytelling format, i mean what's really worth reading beside the art, and Lilim Kiss which was a few chapters shorter was far superior compare to this
