I find myself no longer able to connect to this site over WiFi, just through my iPhone over cellular data. Is there a way to know if my IP Address was banned and is there any sort of procedure for getting unbanned. (I'm just one person that rarely posts and mostly just micromanages their lists.)

BU recently has DDoS attacks and spam so a bunch of IPs got banned. Maybe you were accidentally got caught in the ban wave. I would send lambchopsil a private message for further help.
