After reading Usagi Drop, I feel like re-reading Aishiteruze Baby. Anyone else feels this way? While I don't hate the ending of Usagi Drop (I felt some minor foreshadowing when she was little and said Daikichi wasn't her father, but just Daikichi), it left a bitter aftertaste. From what I remember Aishiteruze Baby had a more favorable ending, so hopefully it will rinse away the bitterness.

I don't remember much from Aishiteruze Baby, since it has been a while, but I know that Kippei liked and got to together with the girl who had to take care of her younger sibling(?). The situation is similar to Daikichi and Kouki's mom and how I had hope they would get together.

Anyway, feel free to compare the two.
