Guys, I need your help! Do you know the title of the yaoi tragedy manga wherein the seme and uke are childhood friends but the uke is prohibited by his father to go outside their house. Then the seme left for Tokyo I think only to know years later that the uke died and was killed by his father. But the uke sent a letter with a clover inside before he died. Help me please. I remember it's just a oneshot inside the yaoi manga.

It is a oneshot found in Kagakushitsu e Douzo called "Last Letter." I had read this a while ago, and it took me a spell to find it.
