Looking for a manga completly written in kana if such exists, preferbly one thar also exists as scanlated.

they usually write the kana next to the kanji.

Almost all shounen and shoujo manga have all the kana written in smaller font beside the kanji. They're called furigana. You'd have no trouble finding them.

Reading Japanese without the kanji is likereadingenglishwithoutthespaces.
Most elementary school manga (like mario or the like) is kanji-free. And children's books are as well (picture books). No one bothers to translate them... as they aren't very interesting.
If you're just looking for something to practice your reading, though, every manga listed as Shounen or Shoujo has furigana on 99.9% of all text, just like the others said.
