But to be honest there is no ONE type of object I was referring to about the ch ch ch. You could easily make that sound with a stick and some awesome piece of pavement and wound-up toys are the same. A bad speaker in a moving and sound emitting robot is just the same. HEAPS AND HEAPS and I LOVE THEM ALL.

Now I need to focus all the thoughts I had before sleeping last night for the story about the kid who saw the moon being drawn down from space towards him (SCARY). It's always messy writing a story where most of the thoughts got lost in the sleep. Since it's a children's book I need to make it NOT DEPRESSING. But there's also the girl who lives in the tree in a hard to reach place in the forest and they become friends. I think I'll go with some shindig in the end.

Do you know what people did in the old days when they had secrets they didn't want to share?

They'd climb a mountain, find a tree, carve a hole in it, whisper the secret into the hole and cover it up with mud. That way, nobody else would ever learn the secret...
