Is there any differentiation made between official and user-submitted (raw) webcomics?

Like, between 'featured' webcomics that update weekly, have contracts with publishers, etc. (eg: https://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=187129) VS webcomics that amateurs create and upload to platforms themselves? (eg: https://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=187608)
