AniDB can import from MAL since forever...
i.e. I was trying to move manga list here, since MAL effectively banned all vpns and I can't enter there. Look like it will not be easy 😲

That's a shame, guess I'll have to manually input.

+1 in 2022. I feel there are a lot of people like me who started with popular sites like MAL and realized there are so much missing there so I wanted to migrate here for manga.

I really wish we had this feature because as already mentioned by other users here, there are a lot of manga that are still pending approval in MAL and yet, the approval is very slow. And then, they don't even allow webtoons unless it's physically published.
I have around 336 manga on my list and it's tiresome to manually enter them here. I do hope in the upcoming site update that they'll include this feature to import.

I'm glad to see other people are still coming to this thread. I'm another one, especially with the rise of webtoons that MAL refuses to add for licensing reasons.
Guess I'm adding over 2,000 manually for now. Rip my sanity.
Oof ... I can't believe that after ten years of requests to add this functionality there is still no answer from the staff.
Currently most anime and manga tracking sites (AniDB, AnimePlanet, Anilist, Kitsu) have the option to import lists from MyAnimeList.

Would be good.
You see this?
I'm surprised this site doesn't have import option, it would be so much easier with it.

Our major effort right now is modernizing the frontend to use React. Once that is done, we can investigate other feature requests.
