According to the publisher (Square Enix), the correct reading of (聖樹のパン) is not Seiju no Pan, but rather Masaki no Pan. This is because the first two kanji are a name, not a normal word to be found in the dictionary.

But, given how this database appears to work, I can see how altering a series' title could be problematic...
