Wahhh screams 😲

I need your HELP! I'm looking for manga, specifically seinen but still considering some hentai, that fits these criteria:

1. The lead protagonist is a male. (Because I'm a MALE)
2. The male guy must be that husky type and good-looking. (Just like Goto in OLD BOY)
3. Must include short 53x scenes. (Like OLD BOY, because seinen is for adults)
   EDIT: 4. Please...no more gore and bloody stuff.

For example, just recently finished the 8 volumes of OLD BOY and still waiting for some updates on TEAM MEDICAL DRAGON.

Gantz seems to overpower Basilisk, when it comes to the short 53x scenes but both have the bloodshed and gore.

were you against gore? I'd avoid everything I said then.... But yea ichi has some sax scenes, but borderline just as many mutilation scenes. It deals with alot of angry mob men you see....Great crazy violent series

EDIT: Wahhhh...Killer Ichi is bloody. Yes, it has 53x scenes, but it ain't normal! He's so masosadistic type of person! I can't read it anymore...
