nop this isn't it, from what i remember the scene happened at night, the girl had to walk trough the school naked. but what is similar is that he got advice to take the leading role, the girl was on top so to speak and he wanted to change that and he got advice from someone. i think it happened like that.
I think this might be related to this story but im not sure, i think she was student president or some sorts and she was really powerfull regarding politics.
