I know he'll become stronger either a half-awakened, half yoma, or half claymore. All signs point to him becoming a defensive warrior since he says He will become someone strong to survive and protect clare, and ophelia says those that become claymores to defend themselves are defensive and those that become them to kill yoma become offensive. I'm hoping though he'll become like cloud, but more cheerful and cries alot less.
