Are Samanhua and Sasa Dongman the same author?

I've identified a potential duplicate author/production company but I'd like a second opinion about it. I think Samanhua and Sasa Dongman are the same author, with Samanhua being the main name.
Sa (飒漫画) has a Weibo account, and the small grey text under the pfp says 杭州飒飒动漫有限公司, matching with Sasa's native name (飒飒动漫). I don't know what the grey text is supposed to be, but it's the only place I've seen both Sa and Sasa's native names on the same page.
Some manhua also have conflicting authors. The author of Sealed Record of the Forbidden God is SaManHua on this website, while its iQiyi page has the author as 飒飒动漫, aka Sasa. Furthermore, the first chapter of Sealed Record on iQiyi uses the same logo as Sa, with the text being Sa's native name. https://cdn.mangaupdates.com/image/i457633.png
Also, the series Here Comes the Queen has different lead authors: iQiyi is Sasa and Mangatoon CN is Sa. A little more into the lead authors but it's not important to the Sa/Sasa comparisons:
On Bilibili (https://manga.bilibili.com/detail/mc31221) the lead author is listed as PenTip, but if I understand it correctly that author is used as shorthand for multiple comic studios. On official English sites of Here Comes the Queen, (https://webcomicsapp.com/comic/Here-Comes-The-Queen/60176bf28c252b2643088dcd) the lead author is Erciyuan, so it makes sense for PenTip to be used as a combo of Samanhua and Erciyuan.
Am I onto something here with Samanhua and Sasa Dongman?
