Well, the premise of the manga is that Beelz is supposed to conquer earth once he's grown up and unlike in many other manga, he's actually been growing up - he doesn't cry anymore and in general is calmer and more composed.

That said, I have a hard time imagining grown-up version of Beelz. Do you think we'll get to see him all grown up? If yes, do you think there will be a timeskip?

A grown up Beelz? I can't picture it. Would he be human looking or demonic? No idea. They have shown him a couple of times as demonic grown up, but that could be just dream sequence/imagination.

I don't think we'll be seeing a grown up Beel. It's part of the appeal to have him stuck in baby form. Without baby Beel there won't be any manga anymore, well at least in my opinion.
