Had the privilege to be invited to a pre-screening of Battle: Los Angeles last Friday.

Good movie. Another humans vs aliens, but this time its kinda like The Blair Witch Project style filming, that only the camera man is not actually a part of the movie. It follows a US Marine squad of soldiers combating a difficult enemy. Good stuff, and very pro military. Go watch it with an open mind. I would say an easy 3.5 out of 5 stars.

The Game --> kind of ****ed up, but overall pretty good.
Unstoppable
3:10 to Yuma --> Kind of reminded me of the ending of Red Dead Redemption, but in a less epic/spectacular kind of way.

Black Swan --> Maybe it's just the director (Darren Aronofsky) who also did The Wrestler, which I didn't like, but I found it pretty boring.

Burlesque. Entertaining, some good musical numbers, but not a keeper.

I watched "Notre Jour viendra". I really liked it, especially Vincent Cassel and Olivier Barthélémy. They were excellent
