Treasure Island (2012)
Best (realistic) pirate themed movie I've ever seen, and I've seen quite a few.
Which has been over a month ago now, not really sure what I'll watch next...

Be warned though, don't watch the "preview" of part two at the end of the first part, it's practically a summary instead of a teaser (never understood why they do that, same with trailers).
For most action oriented movies, having seen the trailer means having seen the "highlights" (bits with at least above average acting/action) and thus having seen the movie in it's entirety (story is often non-existent or can be extrapolated from those few scenes).
I do remember having seen one or two trailers, with just the right level of teasing without spoiling, that made me actually want to watch the movie without also ruining the movie itself... Though none come to mind.

Watched The Grey today. Really gripping story about a bunch of oil workers who have to survive extreme weather conditions and a lurking pack of wolves after their plane crashes.

A very overwhelming and brutal tale of survival and the human condition. Nearly had me crying for the first time in years, any film that gets that kind of emotional response out of me deserves every bit of my respect! And my hat goes off to the cast who were very believable.

Just watched the Breakfast club today... I can't believe I lived for 20 years and never watch this great movie.

But if it makes you happy to win on the internet, have at it.

Chronicles.
Very good, in my opinion. Love how they worked with the cameras.

Kung Fu Panda 2!

Great Valentine's Day movie to watch with my handsome bass player. Thank you Redbox for my free rental! XD

Hmm... I just finished The Young Victoria. I think that was a better Valentine's Day movie than Kung Fu Panda 2. I want my own Prince Albert (who doesn't die at an early age).

Cold Fever

Great and unique watch. Really well thought of concept, nicely written.

Violent Cop

Kitano is a genius. Well made film, it does share some themes Kitano used in his later works. Fun watch.
