a shoujo manga that i've forgotten

There was one short romance manga that I can't remember the title of. Obviously, the main couple is your typical boy and girl.
The only thing I seem to recall is that it had an omake where it's from the girl's dog's perpective and he says "I love you" to her while walks out the door.
I know this is vague, but please help me?? 😢

And, also, the dog wasn't that essential to the story, he just starred in that one extra chapter.
