okay I'm looking for two child friends whose names are both based on tiger and dragon one is very tall has short black hair and he has the tiger based name and the other is blonde haired guy with a dragon based name the story goes that these two childhood friends are always getting into fights cause of there names and gang leader sends his sister to become the girlfriend of the tall guy and the blonde haired guy finds gets jealous realizes his feelings and then he gets kidnapped by the gang cause the tall guy was with the girl and the tall guy finds out the girl is the gang leaders sister and the his blonde haired child hood friend which he has be in love with the whole time was kidnapped and tells the girl he is gay which leaves are shocked and speechless and then he goes and rescues his friend any got any ideas?

I believe it's the second story from Rutta to Kodama (chapter 4-5)
