I searched in the forum, and found nothing related, but I don't know if this was discussed before.

I find that will be nice to have signatures that lists your reading/complete manga lists, like MyAnimeList. I'm using that one right now, but I prefer by far the format at Baka Updates rather than MAL.

I could use few pages just for my reading list, not to mention the complete list. Somewhere around 100 and 300 titles.

Bad idea, at least to me.
And the signatures are mostly too big already.

I think the OP means having a link to your lists in your sig, not the whole list! 🤣

I think I know what you mean... but most of us have long lists, so it'll only have to be a few with generated images - which equals very complicated script that makes the server complicated and not quick and efficient like it is now.

To create such a list :

• Request for the server to GET your list at each update of your list
• Create the image from some magic script
• Give you the the link to the image
• You link to that image = each time you display your sig, you request your image from Baka Updates server = you use Baka Updates bandwidth => bandwidth cost money !

If you multiply the first 2 steps by the number of members who request a signature, a Pentium Core Duo will not be enough.

If you want just a link to your reading list in your sig, I think that Manick can create an option to add a "My Reading List" button in each of your post in the forum (like under your avatar).

This is a Signature .... I haven't put in some huge images! Are you happy now ?

Well there is no real need for Manick to do anything for that... he can just get the link to his lists (if they are public) and put them in his sig...
In his case it would be:

• Reading list
• Wish list
• Complete list
• Unfinished list

Of course it isn't in a funky image... And he has to actually spend 3 minutes working on it like I just did to HIS list. But it can be done.

Note: I'm talking about a random user... not specifically about Isako here

but can make an option in the user panel : "show your list in your post"
and some checkbox, to choose whioch list you want to show.

I don't think that HTML is enabled.. but BB code can do anything that I'd think that you'd want it to do here.

I just mean like in MyAnimeList, service I have seen a lot of people here using. Is like this:

Of course I know that sucks bandwidth, and is a valid reason to not doing that. But because some other pages does that, I want to know if it is possible to see this feature here in the future.
